Antigen Detectives

In Antigen Detectives, players take on the role of a forensic scientist tasked with identifying immune traces in T cell receptors to solve cases of infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. Using cutting-edge technology, players must analyze T cell receptor sequences and identify 4-residue long strips called 'snippets'. By calculating the frequency and relative abundance of each snippet and evaluating them using a linear kernel, players must determine which snippets are relevant to the case at hand and use them as biomarkers to identify the disease. With time running out, it's up to players to use their forensic science skills to solve the case and save lives.
