Immune Trace Hunter

As a researcher on the cutting edge of biomedical technology, your task is to sequence T cell receptors from patients and identify biomarkers for diseases mediated by the immune system. Use your knowledge of the Atchley numbers and linear kernels to pinpoint 4-residue long strips (snippets) relevant to specific diseases and train a statistical classifier to accurately identify immune traces.
